Products-
-1 The majority of Doors we install are made either partially or entirely out of timber so these types of doors are prone to natural defects.
-2 We will not take responsibility for natural deformities of any doors installed by us that includes but is not limited to deformities such as warping, twisting, cupping splits/tearing or knots.
-3 Sometimes the shade of colour/effect/texture can appear different on products when comparing the online image of the supplier to the physical product at hand. We will not take liability if a dispute arises regarding this mater.
-4 Sometimes the products can be damaged whilst in transit by the courier it is the customers responsibility to identify any damage to those goods before we install them.
-5 We will not take responsibility for factory faults of any doors supplied that is regarding differences including but not limited to style, shape, colour, size or material.
-6 I) It is the customers responsibility to check and approve the pre installed doors without us requiring proof of approval & II) If there is any issue regarding the customers supplied doors we must be notified 3 days in advance from the scheduled installation day.
-7 The same conditions except for (6)section II) under 'Products'- 'If there is any issue regarding the customers supplied doors we must be notified 3 days in advance from the scheduled installation day' apply to any additional doors requested to install aside from the scheduled/Quoted doors on the day of installation.
-8 If the scheduled day of installation happens to be the same day as the door/doors delivery or within 3 days of the scheduled installation day then all conditions within 'Products' still apply except for condition (6) section II) under 'Products'.
- In summary the Doors that are on-site must be ready for us to install without the element of surprise resulting in a delay to installation or even the termination of the job at hand.
-9 You must follow the suppliers instructions regarding storage of doors. Any defects developed as a result of negligence will render the customer at fault and we will not take liability.
Installations-
-1 Customers may require us to remove/dismantle previously installed Doors/ Door frames not by us. This process may cause some damage to either or all of the following, walls/render or plaster. Remedial works to any of those damages are not a liability upon us but can be rectified.
-2 We aim to achieve a uniform margin of 3mm between door and door frame on all our door installs but sometimes its simply not possible. For instance the installation of a single door leaf on an existing door frame previously installed by a third party is the predominant scenario. Where there is significant indifference to the perfect squareness, plumbness and levelness of a door frame, we generally achieve a margin between 2-4mm. That being said we will not take liability for margins exceeding or subceeding those margins.
3- Another indifference to standard margins could be related to the gap/margin between the door/doors and finished floor. Where the floor is uneven/unlevel could mean that the door requires a larger margin/gap than the standard 7mm otherwise the door will not open. That being said we will not take liability regarding margins exceeding or subceeding that margin.
4- Doors should not be hung in damp or newly plastered rooms and exercise caution when fitting on newly screeded floors or when the doors will be exposed to extremes of heat or humidity, i.e. conservatories, close to radiators, inside double-glazed porches etc. It is the customers responsibility to exercise caution and decide where the door/doors are installed without us needing proof of approval.
5- The completion of installation are subject to our standards and discretion and the Terms & Conditions outlined in this document ALONE. Any conditions not met from our side regarding installation will be treated as 'Snags' and rectified free of charge.

In the case of us damaging goods either a full refund or discount will be made for each damaged product depending on the severity of damage as a gesture of good will.
3- In the event that products are supplied by us as opposed to customers purchasing their own products, the duty of care towards those items are solely the responsibility of our customer, duty of care meaning, ensuring measures are taken to prevent damage, theft or fire to all supplied products. All supplied products whether stolen or damaged in anyway including that of fire must still be paid for in its entirety so you must look after them.
4- Customers must pay deposits for all supplied goods before the order is made regardless of the order or its size and the amount will be declared case specific. Upon receiving the deposit the outstanding payment for all supplied products must be made between receiving your order and the following week Friday of receiving your order.

Schedule & Preparation for Installation-
1- Any schedules relating to installation can be made via telephone/mobile/ email/ SMS or WhatsApp and must be prepared for before the day of installation. This includes ensuring, safe access in and out of site, the removal of obstacles inhibiting installation, safe and adequate area to work, adequate area meaning reasonable space to work, ventilation, sound pathways/routes, power supply for tools and a hazardous free site.
2- If we are denied access on the scheduled day of installation we have the right to and may issue a penalty for the loss of the day and the size of the penalty relates to the size of the job be it small or large subject to our discretion. The same penalty without addition can be issued if we find the site does not meet the conditions outlined in condition '1' of 'Schedule & Preparation for Installation' resulting in the inhibition of installation and the need to reschedule.
3- We will provide an estimated delivery and/or installation date, which may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
Payments-
1- The Customer agrees to pay us the total amount specified in the quotation within the agreed-upon terms, unless otherwise specified in writing.
2-- An upfront payment may be requested before installation takes place, if issued customers must pay deposits in full before any work takes place.
3- We reserve the right to suspend or delay services if payment is not received according to each relative quotation.
4- Depending on the size of a job, customer payments for work must be made through the following methods and the chosen method/methods of payment for any job is a decision made entirely by us.
-Sectional Payments- Payments made proportional or work dependant to a quotation. For example 30/100 doors installed making a sectional payment value of 30% of the total cost of works. So payments for a job with the above scenario will be divided into 3 or 4 invoices from the total cost.
- Single Payments- Payments made in full subtracting deposits that are job/ quote specific. Once the works have been completed then the customer must pay in full for all services/quotes. Payments must be made from the day of completion to the following week Friday as a deadline.
Cancellations/Returns-
- Cancellations for installation can ONLY be made 3 days before the scheduled day of installation.
-Cancellations for supplied products depend entirely on the terms of the third party supplier. Regardless of those terms once any of those products have been dispatched from the third-party supplier any returns automatically become the responsibility of the customer.
